Payment & Cancellation Policies for existing and new bookings
Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival
Refunds will be given for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival, less $85 fee
No refund is due if guest has valid trip insurance claim

All RexHost Resort units are open and available for arrival immediately.
Beaches are 100% open in Pinellas County.
Pools & lounge areas at SunHost Resorts are open at 100% bathing load.
Restaurants & Bars are allowed to be open at 100% capacity indoors & outdoors
Movie Theatres, bowling alleys are allowed to open at 100% capacity
Hair & Nail Salons are allowed to open by appointment only
All Retail Stores are allowed to open at 100% capacity
Gyms etc. are open at 100% capacity
All local parks are open
