Deposit and Refund

Deposit (Apply only for the REXHOST direct booking): A refundable deposit of $350 is required for short-term rentals or long-term rentals (7 days to 6-12 months); if anything is damaged or missing from our property (Rex Host/Club House) due to your carelessness, we will value the damaged item and try to deduct the amount from the deposit. If the price is greater than the deposited amount, we will inform the guts to repay the balance. In case of failure, we will attempt to recoup the amount 2-3 times, and the case will be transferred to the collection procedure and/or resolution center. It may include damaged or missing wristbands / KeyPad / Tag / Fob etc. No tenant shall sublet a unit. Any amendment to a lease including additional tenants must be submitted to the MBYCC and Rex Host for prior approval for additional occupancy.

Deposit Refund (Apply only for the REXHOST direct booking): In case there were no violations found as per our rules and regulations, the full deposit will be credited to your account within 7 working days. The violation category also includes missing and damaged items, such as furniture, appliances, keys, pool bands, etc., as well as “smoking/pets” related issues.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy ( Apply only for the REXHOST Direct Booking ): Royal Rexhost Resorts ( www.royalrexhostresorts.com ) our own website via direct booking cancellation policies are A. Full refund for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in. B. If booked fewer than 60 days and more than 30 days before check-in 50% refund. C. If booked fewer than 30 days and more than 15 days before check-in 25% refund. D. No refund after that. All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email, fax, or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Any credited funds or folio-to-folio transfers to this reservation from previously canceled or shortened reservations will be considered non-refundable. No refund for the early departures and all the cancellations policy determines in the property’s time zone 11:59 pm. We are working with more than Fifteen 3rd party booking partners for the reservations ( Airbnb,VRBO, TripAdvisor, Wotif, Expedia, Niumba, VacationHomeRentals, Holidaylettings, Flipkey, Housetrip, Travelocity, Zillow, hotpads, trulia etc.). We are all ways work with First in First out base. Each booking agencies cancellation policies are different; please check with them for their own policy.

SHORT TERM

5-7 Days Minimum

"One Bedroom" for 4 people (adults, children, babies, and infants). There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property for the entire reservation. Newly renovated resort 2 covered patios and 150 amenities.

LONG TERM

360 Days Maximum

“One Bedroom" for 4 people, there must be one adult at least 25 years of age for the entire reservation. You can check in and out after 4:00 pm and before 11:00 am respectively. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 8AM.

DEPOSIT

Refundable $350

A refundable deposit of $350 is required for short-term rentals or long-term rentals (7 days to 6 months); if anything is damaged or missing from our property due to your negligence, you have to reports us or we will evaluate.

RATE

Standard Rate $130

Cancelation made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

We are offering short-term and long-term rentals of ``One Bedroom`` for four people. Minimum rental period is 7 days and maximum stay is 180 days."
