If you book through www.royalrexhostresorts.com, you will save the “service fee” or “booking fee”.
You can obtain a parking pass from the Rexhost or Club house office within 24 hours of arrival and must bring a photo ID to the office for identification.
If you arrive after hours or on weekends, please contact the Rexhost, and report to the office on the next day to obtain your parking pass. There are two MBYCC offices to pick up passes, the main office is accessible on weekdays and the registration office located at the large pool is open on afterhours, weekends and holidays.
We will reach out to the resolution center so that we can recoup the value of the property. It may include the damaged or missing Wrist Bands, KeyPad, Tag, Fob etc.
No tenant shall sublet a unit.
Yes, it is a Gated Community with Police Station and Fire Station with in the near view.
