The dimensions of patios are not included in the calculation of the total square footage. We also have a private backyard with a grill, flowers, and gardens with Bar-b-que grills. Our safety measures are a fenced pool, covered patio with lock, safety room lock, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher. Our gated community has a gate entry system (Tag/Tag/Fob) and on-site security cameras, which allow the guard to monitor the entire area. We are within walking distance of the beach. No smoking and no pets are allowed. Our staff includes a front desk staff member, a helping aide, emergency services, and additional support services.
Occupancy limited: One (1) bedroom – four (4) persons; The Occupancy 4 Guests may be adults, children, babies, and infants. Children under 3 and infants don’t count toward the number of guests. Short-term (7 days) and long-term (6 -12 Months) rentals are our standard guest. Exceptional experiences that will ensure you have a stress-free and relaxing vacation. Children under 3 and infants don’t count toward the number of guests. An occupant is defined as anyone remaining on association property for a period of longer than 24 hours. The minimum age to book this resort is 25 years old. We offer self-check-in and self-check-out using the keypad; Check-In after 4:00 PM and Check-out at 10:00 AM respectively. Arrivals before 4:00 PM may result in a delay in occupying; however, the unit may be available before 4:00 PM.
